Founder, CRYTCL Inc. · Senior Analyst, Tirias Research

I started CRYTCL for organizations that already know AI matters but do not yet have a right-sized way to adopt it — to help them choose a starting point, implement responsibly, and prepare their teams before tool sprawl sets the direction.

Over three decades, I've built systems in mission-critical, regulated, and operational environments where getting implementation wrong shows up years later — the kind of environments Crytcl now serves. That background is what lets us work across public-sector offices, operational businesses, nonprofits, and enterprise teams without defaulting to generic AI advice.

As a Senior Analyst at Tirias Research, I study where AI adoption succeeds, where it stalls, and what separates durable programs from abandoned pilots. Crytcl is the applied version of that work: direct advisory support for organizations that need the analysis translated into concrete action.

Why CRYTCL

You'll know exactly which AI tools to adopt, which to skip, and what to fix first — before you spend anything.
Your team will be prepared to use AI responsibly, not just handed a tool and left to figure it out.
You get the architecture discipline of an enterprise engagement without the enterprise overhead.
You leave every engagement with a clear next step — whether that's a pilot, a policy, or a full program.

What we deliver

Clear next steps instead of vague AI ambition

Buyers should know what they get from working with Crytcl. We structure engagements so the output is actionable for leadership, operators, and the teams who have to live with the system afterward, including what to implement, how to govern it, and how to train people to use it well.

Program & Platform Design

Enterprise and high-consequence programs

Deeper architecture, deployment planning, and change readiness design for regulated, multi-team environments with more complex governance needs.
